I have been studying teacher and student motivation, including collective teacher efficacy, teacher organizational citizenship behaviors, student engagement, and how these mediating factors of student achievement relate to integrated transformational leadership. More recently, I have been examining the effects of incentivized learning environments. My recent work explores these relationships through a self-determination lens.
