My research focuses on school climate factors supportive of teachers’ creativity. Removing obstacles and boosting creativity stimulants leads to either "virtuous" or "vicious cycles" of creativity growth in different school climates. The componential theory of creativity and systems thinking provide theoretical frameworks for school leaders to effectively tap teachers’ potential and support their capacity to create.
